Steve joined Euroforest in May 2021 as a Logistics and Contracts Manager.  Based in the Talgarth office, he covers the areas of Central, South, and occasionally East England as well as Wales.  

Steve has worked in the timber industry for over thirty-five years.  Prior to working for Euroforest he undertook an extensive range of roles including a Production Operative at a fencing mill, a Production Manager and Timber Buyer at a sawmill, and an Operations Manager at a Biomass company.  

In Steve’s current role, he is responsible for sourcing and coordinating haulage from various sites and monitoring Euroforest’s delivery performance to customers.  He communicates with hauliers and customers to ensure that agreed targets are achieved and promised deliveries arrive on schedule.  

Having been involved in the forestry sector for his entire career, Steve remains passionate about forestry and timber and the multiple and varied use that can be achieved with this sustainable product.
