Euroforest would like to take this opportunity to recognise one of our Managers, Mark Hartnett who retires today having been with the company for the last fifteen and a half years.
Mark started in 2007, initially based in the Gretna office as our Biomass Manager before changing roles and becoming an Area Harvesting Manager covering the Northwest of England and parts of Southern Scotland. Mark has been very successful in his role and his attention to detail allowed Euroforest to successfully be awarded a winch LTC in the Lake District where he lived. Over the years Mark continued to work within the same regions but moved to a parttime basis, providing mentoring support and assistance to Junior Managers based in the Carlisle office.
Mark leaves us today following a leaving lunch at our Carlisle office where Managing Director David Symons presented him with a hand carved Welsh Oak wooden bowl and a gift from the Euroforest staff. Euroforest and all of its staff would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark for being an integral part of the team; you will be sorely missed by everyone you have come into contact with over the last 15 years, and we wish you all the best on your retirement
