Quality & Certification Manager Undertakes Audit on Harvesting Sites in South Scotland

Euroforest’s Quality and Certification Manager, Danny Burns, recently carried out an internal audit in South Scotland with Trainee Area Managers, Lynn Garroch and Stewart Marshall. 

The audit started with contract documentation review in the office followed by site visits to active harvesting sites in The Forest of Ae and Eskdalemuir.  The audit focused on matters relating to Health, Safety, and the environment, and was an opportunity for Danny to spend time with Lynn and Stewart offering guidance, answering questions and generally helping to build their knowledge and confidence.
