- We have achieved and maintained ISO 45001, where our Health and Safety standards are externally audited.
- Our compliance team deliver face to face training courses on live work sites to teach employees industry best practice. As well as this we have invested in an online training portal which gives employees the chance to undertake our custom-built training courses.
- We carry out regular monitoring on all of our work sites and take pride in building positive relationships with all our contractors.
- Our trainee roles and mid-year placements help new recruits and those interested in the industry to learn on the job under the supervision of experienced managers.
- Our team of trained Mental Health First Aiders are available to assist our employees with any challenges they may be facing.
