Simon joined the Euroforest in September 2017 as our first fulltime compliance manager, having previously been engaged on a contract basis whilst running his own consultancy business. He started his career as a Chainsaw Operator in Thetford Forest and has previously worked for the Forestry Commission as Head of Technical Training and Forestry England as Assistant Harvesting and Marketing Officer.

Simon holds a BSc (hons) in Forestry and a NEBOSH General Certificate. He has also been a Technical Verifier, Assessor and Trainer for both NPTC (C&G) and Lantra.
